SID and DIM ID?

I have a basic doubt about the star schema.I have loaded data to a cube.Now I am checking the star schema in the T.Code LISTSCHEMA.In the Fact table I am getting Dim id's and the keyfigures.But in the dimension tables the Dim Id's present are not matching with the fact table Dim Id's.Here we have allmost 8 dimensions and it is same for all the dimensions.Hope the question is very much clear.

It should be the same. Just check it once again. The dimensions and the fact table are linked to one another via abstract identification numbers (dimension IDs), which are in the key part of the particular database table

I checked it once again it is having one or two SID's but the remaing are all in random fasion.

Hello Vasu

Just make sure you are looking to the dim tables and not to the SID tables;

The fact table contains dim id's which link to the Dim tables and on their turn they link with a SID ID to the SID tables.

Or ...

Did you load the Masterdata before the fact data? If not it's normal that the keys don't match.
