Hi PCUI is pattern based programming.

What does it mean pattern programmin?

if pcui is pattern based thing, then what is mobile client and ic-web client's are?

please let me knw?

and also let me knw difference pros and cons bw pcui,cic and mobile client

Renu You r mixing BW with Pcui

1.Bw or BI is the Business data Warehousing to Store the data

2.PCUI is People centric User Interface CRM , GUI CRM Graphical User Interface

3.Mobile clients are connected to Mobile Communication Server in Mobile Sales scenario these mobile clients may be a laptop on touch screen or any other pervacive devices which are connected to communication servers

Mobile clients uses Oracle , V B tech nolgy when sales excutive enters the customer data in his laptop (Mobile Client)immidiately data is updated to CRM Server through communication server and the data base tables used in mobile clients are oracle , vb these are transfered to CDB consolidated data base

through middleware it connects with crm server.Here Synchronization of data base tables of the mobile clients done with CRM server tables

4. IC Web client is the concept of call center

1.Win client.2.Web client

in both the scenarios CTI Computer telephony intigration is used through telephone lines connected to web or phones this is basically a call center

setup , this is one of the important channel to communicate with company for the customer, mobile 2nd one, Internet is 3rd one but it is self service based 4.

Face to face interaction with Customers by the sales executives.
