TAX issue..one country..one pricing..different country tax need to be added

Hi,

I have a scenario....like

One company code that belongs to USA. Only one pricing procedure RVAXUS.

But I want to additionally add all other countries tax condition type in that RVAXUS pricing procedure.

Note:- My basic price and all other pricing elements are same for all country other than tax.

Is that possible to manage in single pricing procedure?

Or

Can I create only two pricing procedure, one to cater USA and another one create all other nations in the world.
