hahaha Your functional configuration will be based on your requirements gathering and blueprinting. Not sure how you expect someone to send you a document specific to your implementation. Good luck!

Now, if you just want the basics, general info, etc., just follow the documentation in the IMG as well as that on http://help.sap.com for your selected version.
