Picklist to be auto generated for Obsolete/ damaged/quality failed material

Hi All,

My client wants to have Picklist to be generated from SAP for the Materials which are Obsolete/ damaged/ Quality failed. After the picklist will be generated there will be a notification which should go to all depots/ plant st location for physically scrapping the material.

Pls. suggest how this can be mapped in the system.
