Error while creating Documents

We are facing a problem while creating & saving Documents thru T.Code CV01N in Production thru user ID SAPARIA.

System is giving Error Msg.No.26253-Error while checking in & storing C:\Documents & Settings\SAPARIA\Desktop\DB79940.

We are unable to save the documents.Can anyone suggest a way out pl.

In Transaction 'CNG8', FORM 'PSNC01', field 'a':

Change the 'Min.fld width' to '8000'.
