Hi,

Check the pricing procedure determination for your transaction type.

And the Product condition record maintained should match with this determination procedure, like SOrg, Dchannel and division in pricing procedure should match with the product SOrg, Dchannel and divisions.

Let me know if u needfurther details.

Reward pnt if helps.

Cheers,

Hi Dinesh,

Here is the SPRO path for pricing procedure determination for each sales area : SPRO > CRM > basic functions > pricing > pricing in the business transaction > determine the pricing procedure.

In this table make sure you have the entry for the combination of sales area and pricing procdure. This pricing procedure is being called from the sales order. The sales area of BP should be same as this entry.

You don't get to see the pricing records in the product maintenence. They get stored to CRM pricing tables.

What is the source of the pricing for your scenario? Are you downloading the pricing config and pricing master data from R/3 or creating in CRM ?

To understand how pricing is shown on a sales order, you should better read this document : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/77/96ac30ac1c7644ad9995e6af688ad8/content.htm
