What is the latest version of TREX

Hi All,

I am undergoing a TREX 7.10 update to the latest revision 75.

Searching the web I am finding reference to TREX 7.2. Can someone tell me if this is where I should be going upgrading to, if it is just for certain scenarios, or it is part of Solman 7.2?

Hi Stuart,

I am expanding here on the information I provided in the incident, so everyone can benefit from the answer:

TREX 7.10 and TREX 7.20 are different products. TREX 7.20 is not an update to TREX 7.10.

TREX 7.10 and 7.20 follow different branches and they both get their respective updates in the form of revisions.

TREX 7.20 is used exclusively for BIA/BWA (Business Intelligence/Warehouse Accelerator) landscapes.

Here are the central notes for each version:

1856942 Latest Revision for TREX 7.10
1845809 Latest Revision for BWA 7.20

If you are using TREX 7.10, you can update to the latest revision of TREX 7.10.
And if you are using TREX 7.20, you can update to the latest revision of TREX 7.20.

Important notes when updating TREX 7.10:
2073982 - Avoiding various issues during TREX 710 upgrade to revision 58 and higher
1908084 - TREX 7.10: Revision 57

Hi Stuart,

From my understanding in your SAP S-user id, are you getting the new Trex version 7.2? If it is yes, You can find the installation and upgrade guide from SAP support portal site. Currently our SAP S-user id we are getting only 7.10 with SP level 75. if possible Pls check the SAP PAM.
