HI All,
What is Depreciation Area?
regards
JK
Hi
Depreciation areas are identified in the system by a two-character numeric key. It represent depreciation terms that you can enter in the asset master record or in the asset classes.
Depreciation area 01 is the major depreciation area. Values and depreciation are posted to the general ledger.
Different depreciation areas can have the same values and depreciation terms, but can be displayed in different currencies (for example, areas 01 and 32).
Hope it can helps.
