After installed GUI can't logon...plx help

i am the fresh sap user... after installed sap netweaver and the GUI for logon...

i user NSP as system ID, 00 as system number, localhost as application server...however i can't logon the system.

error message show as follow:

partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' not reached

WASECINNREFUSED; connection refused

i tried to close firewall and ping localhost...it's ok

does anyone can help me to fixed it
