Hi,

When you log off from SAP sessions, it is called as Sign off. You can use /nEX in your transaction code window.

Sign off is also used in delivery aspects - when a object is delivered to client and user testing is completed successfully, user officially signs a sign off document which shows that the object is delivered to client successfully.

Hi Sunil,

This is the word from Software development life cycle.

This is nothing but the aggrement document between you and client which states that particular phase is completed successfully for eg. Design phase, Development phase, testing phase, etc.
