ALV Print Preview

I develop a report using ALV grid with dynamic columns. User tested with a variant and found out that when in Print Preview, few columns at the back moved to second row but not in ALV grid format. This problem first occured when user tried to download the report to EXCEL and the columns at the back just moved to second line.

I would like to know is there a max line size for Print Preview?

I tried specifying max line size for ALV layout up to 2000 but it make no differences. I also found out that when i click on Change Layout, I able to see the Line Size and it shown 1105 for the current layout.

    form top.

    endform.

to your report for now, and see how you go... worked for me...

An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below

. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM',

    was neither

caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure

    "METHOD_PRINT_TOP_OF_PAGE" "(FORM)"

just decrease the description of the field in the catalog, due to length problem it moving to second line,

so decrease the length of the each description.
