No LUW in RSA7 for DataSource 0EC_PCA_3

Hi experts,

suddenly in RSA7 LUW for 0EC_PCA_3 are '0' despite record in GLPCA are inserted. How can i understand the cause for this and how can i continue to collect luw in rsa7?
