How can I find MOLGA if I know the PERNR.

Hi, please follow the procedure mentioned below:
1) In PA20, give the PERNR and check in IT0001, the Pers.Area.
Copy the Pers.Area.
2) In table T005P, put the Pers.Area and check the field CGrpg(Country Grouping).

FM HR_COUNTRYGROUPING_GET is more easy to implement and more universal.

Use FM HR_COUNTRYGROUPING_GET its more easy to implement and as far as I am concerned is more "standard" so to say.

Use function module - HR_ECM_GET_EE_MOLGA for getting the molga for a pernr.
