How to send keyStrokes to a webpage from Powerbuilder12.5

Hi,

I want to send keystrokes to a Web page(launched from PB application) from Powerbuilder so that the webpage fits towards the left half of the computer screen and in the right half PowerBuilder application would fit it in.

I am able to resize the PB application to fit to the right correctly but for the webpage that is launched from PB application i need to send a keyStroke(Windows key symbol + Left arrow) so that it can fits to left half.

Could anyone please let me know how this can be done or suggest if there is any way to resize this webpage at the time of launching it.
