Dear all,

I have a really rookie question.

Oure customer like to use Surveys in CRM 5 wich is used via a SAP Portal.

Now I defined a testsurvey(questionaire) via the servey suite, and activated it. After that I defined the determination and the criteria for determination, but it won't work in the CRM GUI nor than in the PCUI.

Do you have any idea what I forgot?

Hi Christian,

In definition determination of questionnaire, did you specify the transaction type you are actually using in your transaction? If so, did you try testing the survey from within the survey suite?

thanks for your answer and the good points you mentioned.

I checked it twice, and found an error. Now I can see the under the register questionaire the created survey, but the problem is, that there are only the the headlines, but no questions and no answers. What have I done wrong. It is the same behavior in the PCUI and in the CRM 5 via gui.
