How to modify help menu on the standard menu bar? Help!

I have put in an new line at the dropdownlist for the help-menu. This have been done by transactioncode 'SE41'.

Now I wants to take this away or make it disabled(gray) for some users.

I found an user_exit('EXIT_SAPLSUSF_001') for this, but I couldn't find any memory table for the help_menu. If anyone could help me with a solution, <b><REMOVED BY MODERATOR></b>
