Sales Order Pricing Analysis Error - Wrong MM Conditions Appearing in RVABRA

Dear Experts,

We're working on EHP upgrade from version 604 to 606. After the upgrade, we started having some problems in Brazil taxes such as ICMS, PIS and COFINS. Because of that, SAP recommended us to reimplement CBT steps as from EHP6 above SAP did a clean up in their solution.

So, we performed all CBT steps again by implementing standard BCSets and manual configs. After that, we noticed that an worst problem started happening in all sales orders.

When we create a new sales order, the next and tax values in contidions tab are higher than it should. To understand why, we clicked on pricing "Analysis Button" and we saw that MM (TAXBRA) pricing conditions such as B100 and others are now appearing between RVABRA pricing (conditions IBRX and BX10).

We have created a high incident for SAP since 3 weeks ago, but until now they didn't come up with a solution.

Have you ever seen something like this before? We have checked all pricing configs and Brazil localization configs, but we didn't find a solution for the problem.

Yes we have already run programs J_1B_CBT_CHECK and J_1B_CBT_CONSISTENCY. We have cleared all erros as well as we have migrated tax groups and tax condition tables too. Besides that I have run RV80HGEN to ensure all formulas would be active.

I have also deleted MM tax values coming in tax conditions such as BXWA in our SD pricing procedure, just to ensure that it wouldn't impact in our calculation.

We have also reviewed our configs based on CBT and we believe that the problem is in ICMI standard formula (320) because even in RVABRA it's calculating wrong values, though tax rates are correct.

Aline,

did you execute the Z_CHECK_CBT (refer. note 2133195)? Please, execute the report in order to check if and what is the problem with your CBT instalation.

Another point (sorry if it is obvious) but in order to guarantee that there arent any missing config. Sometimes when the values are wrong, the configuration missing is in table J_1BCBTAXPROCV.

Please check and inform us if it works.

If SAP does not respond for high priority OSS message, you can escalate to next level. If you don't have the contact data, check with your client who should be having escalation matrix of SAP

Hi,

Yes we did that last week. Besides that I'm calling them everyday.

However SAP hasn't yet came up with their analysis or resolution, they just mentioned the problem has been escalated for development team.

We're up to have a 2 million dollars loss per day as we won't have a contingency system available to keep invoicing.
