How to show ISU Specific views in IC Webclient?

Hi,

We are in the process of configuring IC Webclient for ISU. We need to execute Utility specific business processes like Move-in/out , Meter reading entry in IC Webclient.

We did the following:

1. We assigned the Utiltiy specific profile UTIL to agent via org management.

Now when i login to IC Webclient through this user i get to see the Navigation bar with all utility specifc processes. But we click on particular navigation link ( eg: Move-in ) Nothing happens . The specific Move-in view is not displayed. The other CRM Specific views like Interaction record are displayed correctly.

Did we miss anything? Any inputs are highly appreciated.
