SAP SOLMAN ITSM Knowledge Article Content Export and Import

Hello,

We have SAP SOLMAN ITSM Knowledge Article configured in our landscape.

Here we can create a new Knowledge Article, search for an existing Knowledge Article.

Even we can generate the list of all the Knowledge Articles present on this SOLMAN by putting an asterisk (*).

While doing so, we are getting a warning message that Expression '*' with wildcard '*' is invalid here: Check search criterion . However, we are able to fetch the results.

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue? How can we fix this?

In addition to this, we want to export this fetched result. Also, we want to import some data into this.

Does anyone have any idea how this import and export can be done?

Our SOLMAN version is SOLMAN 7.2 SPS 4.

Hi Dushyant,

If you select the operators selection box for corresponding attribute, do you see an entry called 'Contains'? If not, then try to follow indications provided by note 1964811 and the problem should be solved.
