Hello,
Can you please advise me where I can find and download SAP IQ 16.0 ODBC driver for Linux?
Unfortunately but in the SAP Software Download portal I can find SAP IQ 16.0 ODBC drivers for AIX, HP-UX, OS400 and Solaris only but NOT for Linux.
Will you help me with this question?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Donatas
Hi Natalia,
I tested it and it works fine. Here are some more details
When you are in the SYBASE IQ NETWORK CLIENT 16.0 , you need to choose Linux ON X86)64 64BIT, from there you will download
IQNC160011P_1-20011248.TGZ - EBF26360.
Once you run setup.bin, choose custom install , when you come to option to the part where you only select ODBC drivers, if you are using console mode then type 2,3,5 , this choice will only install the ODBC drivers and after the install is complete you should have a log directory which has few logs like iq_odbc.out and IQ_Client_Suite.log which will tell where the drivers got installed.

I download from the mentioned address but unfortunately ODBC driver installing is not working.

After installed that netclient , you need to set the environment variables by editing the user's .bash_profile -- eg.
cat .bash_profile
source /iquser/IQ.sh
Then you can have a try with ODBC under this user.
Please download Network client from
SYBASE IQ 16.0 (SUPPORT PACKAGES AND PATCHES)/
run the install, choose custom install and then choose to install just the ODBC drivers.
