Hi,

This is beginner to EP.I m working on trial version. On the creation of page layout, I do many things as per my knowledge.Now the problem is all the administrator rools in the home page disappered.

pls help for this problem.

log in as administrator of the portal and assign the admin roles for yourself.

there will be a user named Administrator.

check for it and its password and login into it.

login as Administrator of portal.

there will be a login as Administrator other than general users.

go to user administration role in that.

select workset as role.

search for super admin role in roles.

go for edit at last column.

add your user id by searching there.

and save.

you will get the admin roles for you.

Hi,

Will you please update more on your issue? when are you getting this error exactly?? also make sure you are accessing portal using host name and not with IP address. Always make a host file entry.
