U can go via file transport/through CMS

Before transporting you need to prepare your SLD. Follow this blog for this - /people/sap.india5/blog/2005/11/03/xi-software-logistics-1-sld-preparation

    refer these guides

    also for cms

U can try checking this document to know info about CMS

    Hi,

    How to Transport objects

    In Integration Repository object:

right click on the Namespace which you want to send to Quality system and select the export optin and export it....this will create a .tpz file on the server following path

    D:usrsap<SID>SYSglobalxi epository_serverexportsample.tpz

this file will be copied by the BASIS and pasted in follwoing path

    D:usrsap<SID>SYSglobalxi epository_serverexportsample.tpz

    similar procedure for directory

right click on the configuration scenarion in development which you want to send to Quality select the export optin and export it....this will create a .tpz file on the server following path

    usrsap<SID>SYSglobalxidirectory_serverexportsample.tpz

then login to the IR of the quality select the tools--import option you will get this tpz file and import it and activate.

    SLD Tranport:

if you login as the Admin to the SLD you will c the export and import in option....you have the option to export full SLD which includes all the BS,TS.....etc.....

you will have the necessity to tranport the SLD when you have more than 1 SLD in your landscape

    check this blogs:

Go through these blogs will help you..

    IR and ID:

to tranport the IR and ID object we have 2 methods in XI

    1. File system

    2. CMS

    CMS

have a look at this thread

    xi-pck-sp9-sp12

    Centralise System Landscape Directory

    CMS for SAP Exchange Infrastructure

    File sysetm:

    1) Transporting of IR objects is simple, just all we need to do is to export the IR objects as TPZ files and then importing the files in the new environment where we required.

    2) But in the case of ID objects before doing so , we need to define transport targets in the SLD for the business systems and the procedure is same as mentioned above.

Let us know if you still have any queries...
