Certificate Code for The Netherlands Import Customs AGS via GTS

Hello,

I'm trying to determine where in GTS import dec. the "Certificate Code" for the Netherlands is supported. Need to transmit to "AGS" when a product is relevant for the certificate code at the time of import declaration.

The total length = 4, some numeric only and others numeric/char.

Examples of Certificate Code: Y935, Y936, 2001, 1001 etc..

Is there a standard field in the customs dec. to support this code?

Hi Maria,

Yes. In the declaration item, navigate to the "Documents" tab, and choose Category 'CUID' ("Certificates"), 'CUIE' ("Explanations"), or 'PDOC' ("Other / National"). Select the required Certificate Code, and enter the certificate number in the "Number" field.

If the entry you need isn't shown in the lists, you will need to get it configured in the IMG.
