Hi, everyone.
Now I am investigating the function of Support Desk.
And I want to know whether it can restrict the matter that
users and support person can access.
Example, one support person can access only the matter about Infra,
one support person can access only HR, and one user can access only FI..etc..
If it can restrict like roll, I want to do it.
But I can't find the documents,and understand how to.
