how do you reshuffle the search criteria in new reports?

While creating a new report, i want to allign the search criteria in a specific sequence. Is is possible in C4C?

I am not very sure how do you want to reshuffle the search criteria into the report. Could you please give me examples to make it more clear?

which we have to align the search criteria in C4C is a automatic selection based on increasin and decreasing, which can be triggered by clicking in the first line of the report right beside the row indicating the criteria. I am attching an image for reference.
