java.lang.NullPointerException at Security Manager

Having some weird things happen. Went to lunch and when we came back this happened:

1 - After logging in, received blank page (service=Personalization)

2 - Logged out, opened new browser, attempted to log in and received "Access Denied"

3 - Opened new browser received java.lang.NullPointerException (see error below)

4 - Went to the server, logged in as localhost admin and accessed xMII with no issues. Could fully access everything with no issues. Checked the log --- dont see any reason for whats happening.

5 - Went to Security Manager and got the following error again:

6 - We bounced the box a few times but no luck.

Any thoughts?

And just to set the record straight, everything was working fine till Holden scheduled a job that creates SVG's to run every minute and crashed the server. Just want to make sure he gets credit for his actions.

Did your C:\Lighthammer\Security\userdata\IlluminatorUsers.xml or other files in this directory get corrupted somehow?

If you've rebooted the box or bounced the ServletExec-xMII service, do you see anything in the SYSTEM level messages that are forced during the initialization sequence in either the Lighthammer General log or the LHSecurity General log that would give any indications to the problem?

    Regards,

    Jeremy

Yes it did for some reason - totally cleared out. Copied another file over from another server and seems to be working so far.....

Copied User xml from another server and everything worked fine. Although, we had to recreate accounts for other developers
