Printing values via text elements in scripts

There is a unique problem that I am facing: A workarea is declared in print program.Data is passed from the program to script via text element in main window.Write_form function module is called in a loop.But no values are there in work area the moment write_form is called.even though it's available in the program.Can anyone tell me why this is so?This is urgent.
