Hybris Marketing emails not showing correct in campaign

Hi - I am using 1708 Cloud and was ready to start a campaign. However, when i clicked "start" the system says "add an email to the condition of trigger email opened" while I already have selected an email after the trigger. As the result, the campaign status is released - not started.

Does anyone know the reason for that or had similar issues before?
