crm mail?

Hi all,

I am trying to create a mail form with the Personalized Mail with the name "Z_MAIL_2_HIM" but i get an error msg saying that the mail form/smart form already exists. When i check under the Find tab, the form is no where to be found. Then i go to tcode smartforms and see that the name of the mail form i want to create already exists, and it is under CRM form.

What is a CRM form? Also, i still need to maintain the name of "Z_MAIL_2_HIM" and not some other name, as it is required by the customer. Can someone show me how I can do this?

Hi Charlene

The CRM Form that you are speaking about are the smartforms that have been created for some other purpose like invoice printing and smartforms used in actions.

You will have to modify the name of the email form that you are creating as it is also a smartform and will be checked with these other smartforms
