XML Form - Links / Buttons / HTML Editor

Hello,

Within XML Form I would like to have a tab (just a frame) with alphabets A to Z. This alphabet should on click open the subject matter relating to that alphabet.

Can this be achieved with button? If yes, how do I connect it with right subject matter / URL.

Any idea?
