Issue with Loading Hierarchy From Flat File

Hi,

I have been trying to load a Hierarchy from a flat file, and it is in the format as specified.

I have also compared the format with the existing hierarchy after downloading it to a flat file.

However, I fail to get he Node Descriptions when i view the hierarchy, which I used to with the old hierarchy.

Could anyone please help me in figuring out the settings I will have to make to get the Description in the drop down of the hierarchy?
