Data Transfer Workbench - Problem with uploading Sales Orders

Hello Everybody!

I'm having a problem when I try to upload Sales Orders with DTW, specifically with prices, on Document Lines I put prices for each item and when I check the uploaded Sales Order on BO, the items has no price!. I

s there a way to solve this? I'm using SAP BO 2005 A Patch 22

Quick question, which column have you entered the Price in the Document_lines template? Also in SBO Admin > System Initialization > Document Settings ..at the very bottom if you have checked use Unit Price then it could be the reason.

We could certainly fix this. I am very positive this is not related to any Patch.

By unchecking the Unit Price option in Document Settings the Sales Orders uploaded succesfully with the prices.

Hello,

the failure to put prices maybe caused by mistaken to define the price in the document line. What is the error message ? if there is no error message, you must make sure that the price did not contain (,) sign. you must fill e.g. 600000.

If problem still persists, upgrade to latest patch (PL 36) because there were quite weakness of DTW PL 22 version

Hello Jimmy,

The DTW shows no errors in uploading the Orders, actually the upload suceeds. And I'm putting the prices for each document line, but the orders uploaded in the system doesn't have prices in any of the document lines.

I've installed the DTW PL 34 version because I heard about the problems of DTW PL 22, in that case, do I need to upgrade all the system to a higher patch?

Hi Juan,

The first step is to install DI API of PL 34 and then DTW. Server and database PL upgrade could be performed if the DTW can't work. I am afraid it could be happened because the DTW will connect to SBO common database when you press OK button after selected the company. But before that, try to upgrade DTW and DI API PL first

Hi Jimmy,

I followed the steps above and the DTW cannot connect to the database, it shows and error wich says:

Connection to <server> has failed.

Error code: -8003

Observer dll version mismatch

How can I solve this?
