SLD configuration for XI 3.0

Hi Experts

Please guide me what exactly are the steps which i have to perform for SLD configuration in XI 3.0 for sending an idoc from ERP 6.2 version to 4.7 version using XI in between.

Any step by step guide would really be a great help.
