How do I turn off the Read Receipt for a CCMS email notification?

In transaction SCOT, CtrlShiftF7

Or Settings > Confirmation of receipt.

Hi Barry,

Thanks for responding. We have done that. I still get Read Receipts. In SCOT, it has this message:

If you select option "not expecting any receipt

confirmation or exceptions", <u>usually</u> no receipt or

read confirmations are requested.

I was hoping there was some code in the function module that I could turn off since SCOT isn't working for me. Any more ideas? Thaks for your help.

You were correct in your answer for me after all. It was turned off in every client except 000. Thanks for your help!
