ERMS: Email from Outlook getting distorted in CRM WebUI

Hi all,

We have done the ERMS configuration and inbound email is working properly.

But, whenever the user sends an in-line table format from Outlook, the table format will get distorted in CRM WebUI as the TEXT block is a plain text area.

Is there any solution or workaround to get the table format as it is? or at least identify the table format and change it to attachment before sending it to WebUI?
