Northwind Odata Service in SAP Web IDE Personal Edition not working?

I have set up the SAP Web IDE Personal Edition and configured the North Wind Destination but when I try to run the app via Web IDE, the metadata doesn't load.

Service Destination:

Description=Northwind OData Service Type=HTTP TrustAll=true Authentication=NoAuthentication Name=northwind ProxyType=Internet URL=https\://services.odata.org WebIDEUsage=odata_gen WebIDESystem=Northwind WebIDEEnabled=true

Console error:

    Not found: http://localhost:8080/file/test-OrionContent/Test/V3/northwind/northwind.svc
