Marketing Planner-Tabs not visible

Hi ..

I am unable to see the some of the tabs like Product, Actions in Marketing Planner..

Is there any customisations that need to be done so that i can view them...

    Hi Sanjana,

    The tab Actions will only appear after u have entered an action profile in the basic data tab.

    But these two functionalities i.e. Product and actions can be only seen in a campaign and campaign Element.

    Check the path:

    Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> User Interface Settings

    Hi Sanjana

    Hope you would have got some solutions by this time.

    If not, this is the solution: CAMPAIGN TYPE controls the below said 3 tabs.

    While creating new CAMPAIGN TYPE, flag the respective box that to be appear in marketing planner.

    I hope this is the only solution, if you have some other solutions, please let me know.

    hi

    User menu > Marketing planner>Marketing project Menu > new Marketing Plan

    you will find follwing default MArketing tabs

    1.Basic data 2. Notes .3. Documents4.segments 5.partners 6. analysis7. administaration if you want to product you have to add product data tab

    and actions must be set under configuration for next doc flow
