Hi,

my client requirement is,

he has to compare quotations minimum of four for a RFQ,

is it possible in standard SAP,

else is there any solution for this,

client does not interest to compare less than four,

pls give me a possible solution,

Lakshmi,

You need to have a user exit for this with the help of your abaper.

When the user enters the collective No in the T-code ME49, Through the user exit check the RFQ table for no of RFQ's against that collective no. then give a warning or error message.

hi,

here my client requirement is,

he is interested to pick the best quotation from minimum of four,

like in general ( contarcts or auctions) some companies are not allowed to procure with single tender or single bid,

if my client has recieved only one,two or three quotations,

he will look for alternate,

is it possible in SAP,

if how pls let me know,

Use T- Code ME49. We can compare the quotations with price.you can compare any number of quotations.

In a SAP standard system it is possible as per your client requirement on the basis of price by using the Tcode ME49 - price comparison list ( can comapre " n "

number of quotations ).
