What are steps to Upgrade SAP BO 4.0 SP5 Reports to SAP BO 4.2 SP2

HI, All, we have an environment with SAP BO 4.0 SP5 and i have bunch of reports, we are planning to install the SAP BO 4.2 in separate environment, which is new environment, what is the best way to make the reports of SAP BO 4.0 Sp5 work in SAP BO 4.2 SP2 environment ?.

Please share links and solutions or issues if any during the above path or so . As per my knowledge we have to migrate the reports using Migration tool but can we do that after 4.2 installed ?.

You do not need to use Upgrade Management tool in order to make the reports of SAP BI Platform 4.0 version work in version 4.2.
