Data in Customized Field in not autofetching in ChaRM Approval Procedure in Solution manager 7.2


I have added a new Partner as Solution Owner and assigned the partner as approver in approval procedure and in sm_crm, I have created a field for that partner. The data given in that field needs to be auto fetched in the approval level as per the Rule Policy. It is processing correctly for change manager, but it is not for custom field. Also I cannot see technical details for the newly created field. How to fetch the solution owner field data and auto populate that in approval level.

    In order to populate in the custom field, you need to do binding activities for the custom field to populate a Business partner -- > this will be done via coding by CRM technical consultant.

    Regarding Approval procedure, can you share the screen shot of the Rule condition you have written?
