BI 7 authorization

Hi Experts,

I do get Partial Authorizations msg and then no authorizations, in few cases.

I have found out about the OSS note, which has already been implemented.

I still get this authorization msg.

In the partial authorization is it checking for Blank SQL format with activity 03, then pops with partial authorization error msg.
