Question about BO user license

Hello every,

I am a new consultant in BO field, I'd like to install a new version BO system (4.1 or 4.2), with 1-5 user (1user who designs Univers and report, 4 users who watch the reports) in my company. I saw some said, the total license price=named users license+package(model or nameuser pricing model), I dont really understant in my case, which part correspond which component?

And in the Package, if it contains several user license when I buy it?

The BO License & details for purchase can be done through a SAP Partner. In case you want it as Global, then, can purchase directly from SAPLabs, also can later on convert to Global with the help of your SAP Partner or SAPLabs. Anyways the License you are purchasing is for version 4.1 or 4.2? Because if all the user license you have, say, you have purchased for version 4.1 & then you upgraded to 4.2 then you will not be able to use directly in 4.2 because for that the License for the users of 4.1 needs to be converted to 4.2 through your corresponding SAP partner or can contact SAPLabs also for this.
