split delivery for items which are grouped by delivery group

Hi,

We have a Sales BOM, where the parent item category has delivery group assigned in the config. As per the standard behavior system expects to create single delivery for both parent and child.

I want to split the delivery into two, one delivery should have parent and few childs (Plant in header and child is same) and the other delivery should have the remaining childs (plant is different from header). Can this be possible with standard configuration?

For that you need to tell what is the Business requirement and why you want the system to behave like that ?
