Compensation and PD

Hi All,

Can anyone please give me some documentation or overview of Compensation and PD infotypes and how they are integrated to other modules.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Anitha,

Greetings!!

Hope so your doing well,coming to your question,you can find all infotypes which are belongs to PD through using T.code:ooIT ( for PD only).

Coming to integration parts with PD is Given below:

1) set up integaration with PA and recruitment (T.code:oopd)

2)Transfer qualifications from PA( T.code:OOQI)

3)Transfer qualifications from Recruitment( T.Code:OOQB)

4)Transfers appraisal from PA ( T.code:OOAI)

Coming to Compensation management,the main infotypes are given below( See again T.code: OOIT):

1)IT10005-----planned comepensation

2)IT1051------survey data

3)IT1050----Job evaluation Data

4)IT0380---compensation History

5)IT0381--Stock awards( in LTI-long term incentives).

Compensation management is management contains PCP (personel cost planning),this pcp is integarting with given sub modules :

1) set up integration with cost accounting(T.code:OOCK)

2) set control parameters for PCP (T.code:OOKP)
