Issues with BP CRM 5.0

I am supposed to configure the SAP CRM Business Package CRM 5.0.

I already have BP CRM 5.0 SP01 Config Guide. If some more documents are there..plz mail them.

Please be more specific on your requirement. If you let us know the specific problem area on CRM business package then someone should be able to assist you. I can help you BSP issue and ISA issues for e.g.

Hello Paul,

I just wanted to know about the configurations required in the CRM box and if some patch update or some extension plugin is to be installed. I am using EP 7.0 and CRM 5.0

I have created Systems with the required name and activated the BSP Applicaitons. Now when i open some screens like for eg.

1.Sales Documents->Leads I can see the first screen. However none of the button is working.

There is an button called Go to , New etc. whenever I click them nothing happens first of all,

secondly I get an error message access is denied in the lower toolbar of IE. seems to be a javascript error..but do not know how to resolve it.

2.Further in some applications i am getting the error as well. Like in Sales Documents->Billing Documents

I get the error:

"Error when processing your request

What has happened?

The URL http://abc.xyz.com:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame/mainDH.do was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system DCM : Syntax error in program /1BEA/CL_CRMB_BD_BSP_SHOW=====CP .

The error occurred on the application server abccrmdev_DCM_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

3.Then in some applications like FactSheet summary iview Account Revenue (Graph) and Customer Service I get error "Select a business object"

what does that means??

Can you suggest something? Any help will be appreciated.
