sales office is not copied when i create sale order with reference to quot

Thanks a lot for giving all the solutions but nuthing worked out for eg soem oen asked em to maintain

I did main t ain these datas even then i dint work , pls pls guid em me on this ......and the reason why sales office is not copied into the sales order when created with reference to quotation......

The default routine for QT->OR that specifies which data is copied at the Header (VBAK) level is 051, with 101 for the Header Business Data (VBKD) and 001 for the Header Partners (VBPA). 051 is written on an inclusive basis, i.e. only fields that are specified are copied. Sales Office (VKBUR) is not one of those. I would recommend creating a clone of FV45C051 (txn VOFM, Data transfer->Orders), and add a new line VBAK-VKBUR = CVBAK-VKBUR. If you need any 'IF' clauses, get your ABAPer to put them around this statement. Then assign the new routine (e.g. 901) to the combination of your Quotation & Order Types.
