SAP server not coming up during S/4HANA 30-day trial in Microsoft Azure

Hi experts, I am doing a 30-day trial of S/4HANA 1610 FPS01 Fully Activated Appliance in Microsoft Azure cloud. After the software appliance was successfully deployed, I was able to access the SAP server both via the SAP GUI login in RDP as well as my local machine. However, my subsequent four attempts of reactivating the appliance via SAP CAL account have resulted into failure to login to the S/4HANA SAP server. In my first 4 attempts, I did not choose to use a public static IP address; hence, every time I activated the appliance in SAP CAL, I had to update the hosts file on my local machine with the new external IP addresses for the 3 VM's (SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, SAP S/4HANA 1610 and SAP NetWeaver 7.50 AS JAVA with Adobe Document Services). In my most recent attempt, I chose to make the IP address constant. Either way (static public IP address or not), I am able to get into the RDP just fine; but any attempt to SAP GUI login either from RDP or from my local machine gives error "WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused". Am I missing any step here? Appreciate community help in resolving this!
