CJCO / CJCF and Program RKAGJOBL (please advice)

Hi All,

I need your advice regarding carry forward commitment if there is no carry forward budget.

The scenario is there are alot of open commitment in 2004-2006 and they want to carry forward those open commitment to 2007. As a result if we close those open commitment ..the available budget in 2007 will be increase. Please advice regarding CJCF and the program RKAGJOBL. Thank you.

Hi,

You cannot carry forward any open commitment from previous financial year to next or any financial year.Ur financial reports will be based on that any unutilised will be accounted for balance sheet results.

Really appreciate for your answer. Could you explain more in detail please ? because i saw in our production system some PR/PO (open commitment) with document date 2005 already in 2007 commitment. I tried close that PR in Sand box and the value goes to available budget in 2007. In addition, i also tried to carry forward the PR 2005 in Sand box by using program RKAGJOBL, but It seems that the value goes to budget 2005 after i close that PR. User said that carry forward commitment is automatically working min the syste. However, i could not find any background job in the end of year (december) that run CJCF/RKAGJOBL program.

In our system it shows that there are two kind of open commitment 2004-2006 (PR/PO) , which are 1st. document date 2005 that already in 2007 and document date 2005 that is still in 2005.

Please give some advice what should i do with those open commitment ,because my user want to bring those open commitment 2004-2006 to 2007 and close/delivery complete those PR/PO as a result they have more budget for 2007.

Hi,

Whether you are using project system.I think this works if you have committed date in future your budget utilised is in the year 2005 for 2007.Any unutilised can be carried forward depending the budget allocation from SD side for a particular project.It has to done manually i mean to say carry forward every financial year.
