User Exit for BEx Reporting

1) What is the latest User Exit is used for Bex Reporting? And the component?

I know one:

User exit: RSR00001.

Component: EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001

Anybody knows other than this?

2) What are the steps to enhance the SAP defined Reports using User Exit?

3) What is OFF SET?
